I stumbled across your blog while planning a backpacking trip on the western side of Skyline. I absolutely love how your rich experience fills out the details you carefully include. While there is much to celebrate in what you have shared, the map of dispersed camping locations proved surprisingly useful to us. Normally, we hunt for spots about 90 minutes before sunset, which sometimes leaves us short of daylight or level ground. However, your map was perfect. Being able to plan each evening's campsite with confidence alleviated a lot of anxiety for my less experienced companion. Many, many thanks! Happy trails.
